Guide/Lineup Name: Broadcast TV Boston (Manchester) OTA Broadcast
I use an Nvidia Shield (several of them) to watch Plex content served from a remote PMS (Windows based).
While trying to schedule or watch recordings, I’ve noticed that some shows are in the Guide but do NOT show up in search results on the Shield. They DO show up when I do the exact same search using the Plex app on a pc. For example, if I search for NCIS on my Shield it returns no results. If I perform the same search on the pc app I get NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, etc.
Everything is as up to date as I know how to make it, so appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

So I went ahead and ran a test (or two) so I could provide logs, attached. Plex Media Server Logs_2020-03-23_15-32-22.zip (3.8 MB)
What you should see is 2 things: First, my example above is now searchable. NCIS came back just fine. As did a number of other shows as I tried to demonstrate the problem. I was looking at the guide while trying searches, so “The Closer” was the first result that didn’t return.
I then realized that we had only tried this test in a Managed User account. So I tried it in the Administrator account, and it worked just fine! Back to the Managed User accounts, and no results.
Then I went to the online version using Chrome from my pc. It returned the exact same thing under both the main account and the Managed Users.
So my conclusion at this point is that it is something to do with the combination of Managed Users and Shield.
