I’ve noticed that my Plex DVR has been missing several recordings lately. Sometimes I can look at the week ahead and I’ll see all (or at least enough to fool me) of the shows I’m expecting, but when I check back the day of or day after some recordings, they’ve disappeared. I’ve been trying to figure out why this is occurring and haven’t made much progress, but I think I’ve finally found something that may help. Tonight, for example, I see at least 3 shows which should be recording and aren’t on the current schedule. When I look at the show for that channel, it show’s next week’s episode, but not this weeks. When I pull up the channel within 30 minutes of the show starting, I see it says something else for next up. When I click the other show, it pulls up that show’s information and indicates it’s next start time is an hour and a half away, so this would indicate that there’s a gap in the TV guide. Is there any way to actually see a real “TV Guide” grid-type view for the channels? Is it possible that there’s an issue with the TV Guide provider? If so, how can this be fixed? Sadly this is occurring for quite a few shows over several channels, so it’s a fairly substantial issue for me at this time.
