So I’ve been a Plex user for some time now (Premium on and off, currently ON). I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. As soon as I hit 550 different TV series, it stopped pulling any information about the series. I can’t imagine it’s coincidence. I’ve added 11 series since hitting that mark and none of them have pulled any information (titles, descriptions, covers, nothing). I’m over 3,000 movies and haven’t had the issue there. Is there a 550 limit?
There is not a 550 limit.
It could be this:
When did this start issue start with TVDB? I add new series daily and I added the 550th and it was fine and then added the 551st a few minutes later and it didn’t pull it and it hasn’t pulled any since.
Can I use another agent? If so, how?
Not sure, maybe the last couple of days.
If it’s not that, it could be poor file naming.
But I have over 1000 TV Series, so it’s not a number of series limitation.

Thanks. Are you using TVDB? Or another one? If another, how do I use a different one?
Are your new series showing up, just with no metadata?
If so you could try fix match (at the Top Level of the Show, not Season Level)
Click on Search Options and change the Agent there, The Movie DB does have some TV Shows in it.
That’s how I fixed a couple of mine that were playing up yesterday.
