TV Library Does Not Autoupdate With New Recordings

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Player Version#: 8.30 (7668)

Player is Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen (latest)

OTA DVR recordings are sent to the TV library. Often when I go to the TV library, the most recent recording are not there. I have to force a refresh by changing the filter conditions.

Is there something I can do on the server or player to force an autoupdate of the TV library?
