Recorded shows do not refresh correctly on Apple TV 4K

I store my recorded broadcasts in a directory on my iMac called “TV Shows.” The only way to update the contents of that directory from Apple TV 4K is to scroll to the very top and cycle the dropdown for Unplayed. If I then tap Menu on my remote and return to the category, all shows display. The update of these contents should happen automatically and not require me to do it manually.

Yes, this is an outstanding issue with the updated “Update view” feature; the devs are aware of it but I don’t have an ETA for a fix.

That issue should’ve been corrected in version 2.13 of the Apple TV Plex client:

Are you certain you’re up to date? I had to manually force an update on my own yesterday.

Yeah, for some reason, it’s not working on TV Shows libraries :stuck_out_tongue:
