TV Metadata not showing up with WD MyCloud Ultra

I just set up the WD My Cloud Ultra as a Plex server - movies transfer over fine, but the TV shows are all lacking any posters / images. It can’t be the files since they all displayed fine when fetched from my Macbook Pro.

I’ve manually refreshed the metadata and re-scanned, nothing is working. Any ideas?
