Running Plex server on Ubuntu 18.04 server. Recording TV show Seinfield using Plex. When viewing the episodes using Plex app on either Apple TV or Plex App on a computer, the episodes do not appear in season folders. The app shows all episodes under the Seinfield poster.
Episodes are stored on the hard drive in the normal format - TV Show/Season Folder/Episode. The format of the episode file name is correct - since Plex recorded the show, thinking this would be a given.
Going thru forum posts, found suggestion to do the Plex dance, which I performed on the show. Same results – no season folders when viewing using Plex App.
Other TV shows recorded display correctly using Apple TV app or Plex Computer App.
Any suggestions on how to cause episodes to show up under seasons?

Did not notice that setting before. Since all other TV shows were set correctly, any idea why this show ended up different? Not important, just curious.
No – there are three different seasons recorded so far. Other shows recorded do have only one season of episodes, and those do have a season folder. This was the only show out of 10-12 different shows that displayed differently.
If it happens again I will know where to look first.
