TV series split apart not shown in recently added section

I had Kung Fu (2021) already in my library. I added Kung Fu from 1972 and then I had to split it apart. Why did the series from 1972 not shown in recently added tv section?

Because it was first recognized as part of the other one. I think you’ll have to remove it from your library and add it again. And since they have the same name, make sure to add the year to the TvShow parent folder

Its a known glitch if it matches with an existing series it wont show up in recently added.

If you want to make sure it appears in recently added, add the release year to the folder name. Then perform the Plex Dance with the whole show.
