If they’re .mp4’s make sure there’s no embedded metadata causing a problem
Thanks, they are named as recommended by Plex and are .mks’s. I gave it another try and this time when I went to Fix Match … it found the show so appears to have been a temporary issue that resolved itself.
Same problem here; properly named and all but after scraping not showing up in Plex server and/or client.
Strangely enough the following workaround offered a solution: moved another 8 eps series away from Plex (in this case first season A Discovery of Witches), renamed 1899 to A Discovery etc and surprise, surprise there it is!
Gets even more mad when I do a “Check link” and then manually choose “1899”; it scrapes correctly and shows up in Plex.
Will move A Discovery, etc back to old place after watching 1899.
