I had some TV episodes that I had to rename.. I removed them from the Plex media folder and renamed them. They have been re-added to the media folder and plex sees them, but the individual episode artwork/poster is all black. It used to show artwork. any ideas?

If I uninstall Plex, from my Synology Well I lose all my playlists and other items? Basically will l have to start over with my library creations?
I think the files in the log were copying to the synology when I grabbed the logs. Did the uninstall and checked the checksum. Still a no go… Any other ideas??

This is very frustrating. I have been doing everything the same for years and after I update to DMS 7 I have nothing but issues. I have not changed a single thing in my process and now its crap.
If I remove the artwork from the video in iTunes the artwork shows in Plex. If I update artwork in iTunes and refresh metadata the artwork goes back to black in Plex. This just started happening. I wonder if there is a problem or an update needs done?
It is just odd. Just added two movies using the same method and artwork show up???
