Not adding TV Show artwork

Server Version#: 1.18.4.2171

Have setup a fresh library named TV TEST,
added 1 folder ( tvtest )containing 1 TV show to the library.
TV show gets matched, cast & other metadata gets pulled to plex.
But no artwork at all.

Help ?

The series isn’t named NYPD with Season/Episode designator of Blue.

The structure of an episode name is:

Series Name  <delimiter>  SxxExx <delimiter>  Optional title . <extension>

You’ll need to “Plex Dance” it after cleaning up

Yes, Matching is liberal. Poster retrieval at TVDB isn’t so liberal anymore (their V3 API)

Did you perform the full Plex Dance?

Move out
Scan files
Empty Trash
Clean Bundles
Move back
Scan files

Without doing the dance, it’ll still have the old pointers (which are the broken ones) in the DB. It’ll think the files haven’t changed.
The dance guarantees PMS sees them as if new files.

The folder is a cifs share, in a debian LXC , hosted on the same proxmox as the Plex lxc.
Don’t understand why it would complain about not being able to access, it extracts thumbs, and the files play fine, and the media info gets extracted properly…
Those older files do seem corrupted, can’t play them in VLC either. Still…the Test library has other problems, no ?
