It seems like any TV media added after a recent update appears in the wrong seasons. I’m running Plex on CentOS 8. I have made sure the folders are following the correct naming schema and are in the format of Show>Season 1>S1E1 - Example name.mkv I have also had issues with some seasons showing up, but it seems like that can be cleared up by doing the Plex dance.

Plex is very picky with TV show structure and naming. Try adjusting your naming to more closely match Plex docs. Add the show name to each episode. Use two digits for season and episode numbers.
/TV Library <-- TV library points here. Folder name does not matter.
../Show (year) <-- year optional
..../Season 01 <-- "Season" in English; Two digits for season number
....../Show (year) - s01e01 - episode_name [extra info].ext <-- Place show name before sXXeYY.
Use two digits for season and episode number. Year optional. ext = mkv/mp4/etc
Example:
/Band of Brothers (2001)/Season 01/Band of Brothers (2001) - s01e01 - Currahee [1080p].mkv
