Display tv-show extras for shows, seasons and episodes in all apps

I am a recent convert from Emby to Plex. I like how Plex groups the extras by the sub-folders (ex: Behind The Scenes, Deleted Scenes, etc.) But, there is still an issue with TV extras that I found after ripping all of The Office (2005) with all of the extras. I went through and named each and put each extra in the correct folder. The issue arises because there’s 188 episodes with almost every ep has an associated deleted scene.
