TV show extras not showing up

Server Version#: 3.83.1
Player Version#: 1.15.3.876

I am running Plex via OMV. I have my extra named as
Welcome to Westworld - featurette.mkv. It doesnt show up. Ive refreshed library, refreshed metadata, removed and readded folder and still nothing. Can anyone plese help?

Try it without the spaces next to the hyphen: Welcome to Westworld-featurette.mkv

Also, the movie must be its own folder:

/Movies
  /Westworld (1973)
    /Westworld (1973).mkv
    /Welcome to Westworld-featurette.mkv

From Local Media Assets - Movies:

Note : The filename must end in the -Extra_Type value exactly. The hyphen is important and you cannot have spaces after it.

and

Tip! : Besides the extras themselves, you can only have the main movie file in the directory. If you have multiple versions of the movie together, use the “Organized in Subdirectories” method.

EDIT: If you change the movie name or organization (moving to individual folder, etc), then you may have to Plex Dance it before PMS will find it. No harm in rescanning the library first, but if it doesn’t work, do the dance.

Its not a move its a TV show. It still doesnt work with spaces gone.

The -featurette, etc naming does not work for TV shows.

You have to put it in a Season 00 or Specials folder.

It does not appear in TheTVDB.com listings for Westworld, so you’ll have to give it a false episode number.

See Naming TV Show Specials for details.

/TV Shows
  /Westworld
    /Season 00
      /Westworld - s00e99.mkv
    /Season 01
      /Westworld - s01e01.mkv
