I just completed loading my library into Plex, and every TV show and Movie shows up except for the series “Extras”. I have tried created a new folder in case there was an issue with the old one. I even converted two of the episodes to a different format (though they are in the same format my other shows are) but no luck.
I am wondering if it has to do with the name itself? Does Plex not display anything labeled Extras?
Anyone having this problem, or have any thoughts? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the message, it worked. I added something before the title “Extras” and Plex loaded it fine. For this title I added Ricky Gervais’ Extras. Thanks again!
To whoever may be wondering what that message Nenra was referring to, Plex seems to have an issue with directories called “Extras”. Just rename that (and each season) to something else (Such as Ricky Gervais Extras) and it seems to get indexed and matched fine.
