I’ve been having this problem for over a year and didn’t mind it until I started adding a lot of TV shows recently. I have a folder on my hard drive that contains all my shows and they’re organized by sub folders into TV series, Seasons, and each file is titled correctly corresponding to episode. Now, when I update and refresh that library not every TV series appears and not every episode or season shows up. How do I fix this? Also, do I include TV mini-series in the TV Show library or do I create a separate Movie library for it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Beyond that if you post the exact folder and file naming you are using for one that does not get found we can work from there to determine what is happening (or isn’t happening).
