TV Show Files Listed Twice

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645 - Docker container on unraid
Plex Web Version#: 4.22.3

As the title suggests, I have been noticing the odd TV episode has been listing two files for it. Upon inspecting the directory, there is only one file for the episode. Looking at the info for the episode in plex, it lists the exact same file twice.

Things I have tried:

  • Checked to make sure there are not any nested files listed as the source for the library.
  • Emptied the trash
  • Cleaned bundles
  • Optimised the database
