Two of the same file

Server Version#: 4.51.3

Every once in a while I see a little number imprinted on a series episode or movie. Usually I can click on the 3 dots and select Get Info and I see the 2 or more files and can figure out why there are 2 or more files and fix the problem. But this one has me stumped:

Going into the file system I see only one file for S17E08. How to fix?
