TV show isn't added to Plex library

I added a new TV Show to Plex but it’s not added to my library.
I saw some errors in the Plex Media Scanner logs.

The permissions look OK

What directory is this?

It’s says “Le chemin d’accès spécifié est introuvable” with weird characters. I don’t understand why.

It’s in French. It means ‘The specified access path could not be found’

Is it possible to get the full logs and copy of database (you can get them both from the troubleshooting section of server settings) you can message them to me directly.

are any of those files or a symbolic link? ( like the plexignore file). Trying to figure out if character encoding is causing a problem

Have you considered upgrading the library to the new Plex TV Series agent?

I sent you the requested logs via pm.

No symbolic link are configured.
For the agent, I don’t know what is the new Plex TV agent but I’m using Plex for now 4-5 years and never had this issue. Did you make changes in recent updates about the Scanner?

There was some general changes to how the server was built but I don’t think anything specific to the scanner. but the changes could have affected it.

Would you mind downgrading to 1.22.3 to see if it works with public version. You can get it from the downloads page. ( click on plex pass toggle to get the public version) On windows you might have to uninstall then reinstall ( don’t delete PMS folder in app data)

I uninstalled the latest version Plex Pass and installed the public version 1.22.3.
It works with this version!
