I am trying to make PLEX see a new TV Show…

The name of the show has a colon and an apostrophe and I cannot get PLEX to see the show at all. I can’t fix any matches because it is not shown in the library.
An example of a filename is as follows:
P:\TV Shows\dirty-jobs-rowed-trip\S01E01 Dirty Infrastructure.mp4
Any help would be truly appreciated.
General rule: if your system doesn’t support certain characters, simply drop them (e.g. Dirty Jobs Rowd Trip).
I tried to fix-match an existing show in my playground server using the full title (Dirty Jobs: Rowe'd Trip)… this matched right away.
If you’re having trouble… enter the series ID (here: 384563) in the search field instead of the title.
Side note:
for best results you might want to include a season folder as well as the show name in the episode file names.
It looks like Plex was getting confused between two different shows: “Dirty Jobs” and “Dirty Jobs: Rowe’d Trip”. I removed “Dirty Jobs” from Plex and the other show came up fine. I replaced “Dirty Jobs” and all is well now. Thanks for your quick response!
