I named my file using filebot and plex has been working fine for over 1 year. I got a new PC and moved my Plex server to it and one of my shows isn’t recognized:
Here’s an example of another TV show with same naming convention that is recognized by Plex:
I have other shows that all work fine…just this one that was working and now isn’t on my new PC
Go to the top level of this show (quickest by clicking on the show’s title)
Edit the show
go to the Advanced tab
Set “Episode Ordering” to “TheTVDB (Aired)”
You might have to Match/Fix Match using the show’s ID number on TheTVDB
