TV show thumbnails not generating. Movie thumbnails are fine

I have set up plex and I have a couple hundred different TV Series, and a couple hundred movies.

First of all, the movie thumbnails are perfect. Each movie has its thumbnail along with the large image at the top of the page when you view the information, it has a description along with ratings and cast ect…

TV Shows on the other hand… only 1 in about 20-30 have a series/season thumbnail and the large image with season/episode details.
They all seem to have episode thumbnails which look like screenshots from a random point in the episodes.

I have removed the libraries a couple times, and I have reinstalled plex twice. I was hoping there is something simple I am missing?

The issue is shown on the server itself, mobile app(4 different phones) and android TV.

I thought it was me.
I spent way too long installing and reinstalling plex and its libraries over the weekend.
