Some of my TV Show Seasons have apparently decided to rename themselves. After initial upload all files displayed correctly. Everything plays correctly. All episode information (description, runtime…) is fine.

Verified that Local Media Assets was at bottom of list.

for both tvdb and the moviedatabase? which agent was the The West Wing matched with? ( you can see it in the GUID when you view the XML for one of the episodes

Thanks for the quick reply. It is happening with other shows besides West Wing. Big Bang Theory is only season 1, Smallville is all Seasons. Other shows are fine.

If you know exactly when it happened to a particular show it would help to see agent and server logs. I wonder if there was any issue with thetvdb when scheduled maintenance was going on. do you have any of the local metadata refresh or things like the refresh every three days set?
Unfortunately, I don’t know when it happened.

To me one order look like air schedule and the other is DVD order.
Seasons should be Season 01,02 etc. Not 1,2 etc
Also the number of Eps are different so there must be one double episode on DVD but that does not matter.
Try Fix match with the Referece: tt0200276 instead of name of Show . You could also try add to folder name (1999) and to the file names.

I updated Plex to Version 1.18.3.2156. All titles returned. Everything is working correctly.
