Is there away to have a TV series in the tv section where when u open a show it has all the season in one folder rather than scattered every were
what are you using to view your shows? When I open any of my series I have a listing of all of the seasons. Then after selecting season I have all of the episodes in order.
tv shows require a certain amount of discipline in naming and organisation into folders.
Are you accessing Plex server on your tv with a genuine Plex client or are you using a generic DLNA player?
