Home screen show TV seasons as different shows

On my home screen under TV, some TV shows have one listing with all of the episodes. Some shows have separate listings for each season. Any ideas why?

Are you talking about the ‘Recently Added TV’?

Please forgive me, I’m an idiot. The shows are listed as one when I look at the TV group in general.

I probably would never have checked how it was displayed in the TV section without your questions.
