TV Shows Library not showing as recording destination when recording to DVR

I’m on plex server version 1.7.5.4035.

I am using DVR Beta.

I go to the Program Guide and click on a program to record it. In the drop down for the library to select I only see Movies available.

I have a TV Shows library with content showing in my plex server. I am able to watch content in that library from the plex web interface.

So why is that Library not available to me when I try to record shows to it using the DVR functionality?

What type of show is it that you are trying to record. If identified as a Movie in the Program Guide you will not be able to record to a TV Show library.

Wow, I really missed this reply. I need to make sure I have email notifications set up to let me know when someone comments on my discussions.

Thanks johnm_ColaSC for getting back to me. I have since applied several windows updates to the plex server, running on server 2016, and rebooted multiple times. That TV Shows Library is showing properly for me as an option again.
