TV Shows on Plex play remotely outside network but not play on my local network

Some of My TV Shows on Plex play remotely from outside network but will not play when connected to my local network. Cant find the Cause.

Is Anyone Else having this Issue.

Where is your server located, what system plattform is it running on?
What are you using as Plex client outside the home?
What are you using as Plex client in your home?
