TV shows - TVDB not populating actors pictures

Lately, with any TV show perfectly matched on TheTVDB, the actors pictures are not being populated

I’ve noticed that in TheTVDB, there is a text in the actors pictures: “needs-role-specific-image”. Don’t know if this has something to do with it.

Edit: I am using the “classic” or legacy TV shows with the agent being TheTVDB.
