TV Tuner for Plex and WD NAS

I’m looking for a dual OTA tuner to run Plex Live TV, but I use the Plex Server on WD PR4100 Pro. Is there a USB stick tuner that would work with that configuration?

Will Plex Media server on the NAS find the OTA tuner attached to another computer?

Any Suggestions? HDHomerun vs WinTV?
