TV (web) episodes are named but OFF by 1 episode

Web Version 2.12.5

I just added all of the Stargate Universe: Kino webisodes into my Stargate Universe Extras folder. I named them as such:

Stargate Universe - Kino Webisode S00E01 - Get Outta Here
Stargate Universe - Kino Webisode S00E02 - Not The Com Lab
Stargate Universe - Kino Webisode S00E03 - No Idea
…
…
…

When it shows up in PLEX it is naming them nicely as:

Kino Webisode 1: Get Outta Here
etc…

HOWEVER… That is Episode 2 in the shown list…

Episode 1 is shown as: Access All Areas

Which is NOT any episode in the Kino series… And it only shows that name…not Kino Webisode … just Access All Areas and listed as Episode 1. When I check the file info it is in fact the file: Stargate Universe - Kino Webisode S00E01 - Get Outta Here.mp4

So now, every episode is OFF by 1 … and the pictures for each episode are also off by 1. The right picture is with the right name…but it’s not the right file. I have tried refreshing, moving the files out and back in…dumping the trash, etc, etc, etc… Nothing is fixing it…every time it updates the episode names inside PLEX it screws it up…

Which leads to another question…why can’t we UNMATCH or FIX incorrect matches inside the seasons…but rather can only do it inside the main series area…? Just wondering…

Thanks for any help…I had this on another series and I simply got pissed off and renamed every single (98) episodes by hand inside PLEX and updated every episodes picture manually and then locked them… really don’t wish to do that again…

Screen shots, file names and logs please?

I suspect it’s naming but would like to see what your logs show

Have you considered the punctuation " Name - SeasonEpisode - Title " Plex naming rule?

e.g. Stargate Universe - S00E01 - Kino Webisode: Get Outta Here.mp4

Kino Webpisode 1, is actually S00E02 - - plex has gathered the info correctly for the way you have named them.

Proper naming for Webisode 1 should be something like:
Stargate Universe - S00E02 - Kino Webisode: Get Outta Here.mp4
