TVDB manual match not working

Hi everyone,

First , I would like to say that I have seen the user manual and also some post on the forum.

I have a library dedicated to TV documentary. Most are identified but there are some that are not.
I have tried to manually match them by searching the name and also with the TVDB ID. But even that method doesn’t work.

Can you help me to understand why ?

I have different examples :

• " Les Yeux dans les bleus", The TVDB ID is 61061. If i search that ID in my “fix match research” i have no result

• " The Real Right Stuff". The TVDB ID is 141548. Same here no result

I checked the library configuration and here are the main informations :

• Scanner : Plex Series Scanner

• Agent : The TVDB

These are both standalone documentaries and are considered movies (the IDs you provided are movie IDs). As such, you’ll have to place them in movie-type libraries on your server. You’ll likely find this is the case for most (all?) standalone documentaries, that is, those that are not part of a series.
