tvOS crashing to home screen randomly during media playback

Both server and client logs are attached.

I started experiencing this issue a couple of weeks ago where at random times, playing random content, the playback will crash without an error, this only happens on my apple tv.

The issue seemed to have disappeared for a few days and now its back, been trying to play Django Unchained and its crashed 4 times in less than 90 minutes.

Any help troubleshooting this is appreciated, many thanks.
