Streams crash randomly on Apple TV

Hi

I have been experiencing this issue for several months, and it has worsened to the point where I notice that the stream through Apple TV crashes every 15 to 30 minutes. I am unsure of how to analyze this issue, which is why I created this post on the forum seeking help. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Today the crash happened at ca. 20:53, 4th december.

might need the apple tv logs. the server seems to think the client disconnected

So, after trying to recreate it, it looks like it’s the Apple TV app for Plex that crashes during streaming. Logs are attached to this comment.

My 2 Apple tv 4k’s also crash randomly daily, 15-30 minutes after starting something. It’s been happening consistently for about 2 months. I grabbed the Apple tv logs 5-10 minutes after the crash.
