tvOS version 8.8 Breaks Functionality with DV .MKV Files

Player Version#: tvOS 8.8

Prior to tvOS 8.8 playing DV .MKV files worked perfectly. Now these files get the spinning wheel (throbber) And plays only audio and no video.
