Two of my channels (Fox and NBC affiliates) are not loading EPG data. For the Fox affiliate, it is loading EPG data on two other channels (My Network TV and Ion) so I get the data on 40.2 and 40.3 but not 40.1. I have tried deleting the DVR and setting it up new but it still does not work. Both channels come in fine with HD Home Run.
Any ideas?

Did you try another zip code from your ota market? I was able to fix a similar issue like that.
Just tried two different zip codes… doesn’t work… when setting up the DVR it finds the stations and links to the proper guide channels but then if I go to watch now you can’t watch them and they just say “loading”… none of the shows appear in the program guide as well
Are you using Android/Android TV clients? The last update seems to have made many of these go sideways. If so, try downloading VLC, then go into Settings, Advanced, Player, and select Use External Player, see if that works. If so, welcome to the group of people whom the out of beta release messed up…

I am using Android TV/Android but also on Windows computers it does not show up… I was having the issue before the 1.8 update as well
Don’t know. Just a thought, try mapping just that channel to one of the tuners and try that. Sounds like a bug where the HDHomeRun app plays the channels…
If I map that channel to a different one it works and if I map a working channel to that one it does not work… so seems like it is an issue with Plex downloading the EPG guide data for these two channels although it downloads for HD Home Run
or maybe Plex has issues dealing with more than say 2 sub channels per frequency? Guessing here…
probably a bit extreme, but maybe the db is messed up. You could try uninstalling, make sure to delete the Local folder, like mine is “C:\Users\TV\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server”, then try reinstalling?

I have a couple other ones with 2-3 subchannels that are working fine… really don’t want to uninstall as I am using Ubuntu and just went through a bunch of things to get it set up properly how I want it… Tried the firmware upgrade and deleted out the DVR and readded it and still nothing… thanks for the suggestions though!
