Plex live tv channel guide not updating. Trying to add dvrs under certain zip codes fail. My channel guide stops at 4%. zip codes like 94531 fails when trying select over the air antenna when adding dvr.

I am having the same problem and have tried multiple things to fix it. I even deleted and recreated the DVR and deleted the EPG data and restarted Plex with no luck.
However if you look at the top of the livetv-dvr group will see a notice from the Plex team:
We’re aware of issues affecting retrieval of program guide data for DVR users. We’ve already contacted our EPG provider and are investigating.
Thank you for the update. Any word on when they might fix it. Obviously it makes it hard to watch when you don’t know whats on as well as missing all my recorded shows. Wasn’t sure if you guys had resolved it as I don’t see a status message anywere saying where the issue stands. Thanks again.

I had just upgraded to a new HDHomerun today and was setting it up. When the EPG didn’t populate all the way I spent over 3 hours trying to work out what I had done wrong. Once I came directly to this forum and found the message from the Plex team it was all explained.
I hope that they get it fixed soon.
Well I hope it just doesn’t turn out to be a year long issue as usual. I’ve been playing with emby just in case to see how hard its going to be to migrate.
One thing I like so far is emby gets the channel info from the tuner, No playing around with zip codes or channel names. Sorry was wrong about this. I looked into it further and you do need to put on zip on emby.
Same here. No EPG downloads. Been this way since at least Feb 24th.
Plex Team, please provide more detailed information on this issue!
I am having the same issues with the EPG update. Sometimes will run to three or four percent and sometimes will not run at all. Hope Plex gets the issues fixed before my roughly one week’s worth of program data expires!
I am having the same issue.
well they fixed it for a good 3 days. Now the On Now guide just shows unknown airing so you cant see anything that’s playing on any channel. This is pretty ridiculous at this point.
