Two Plex Media Servers on One IP Address

I have two plex media servers running on one computer using the same IP. This was a result of a time when I could not connect to my original server and created a new one on the same machine. I deleted the newer server via authorized devices when I was able to connect to my older server. Now, Plex will sometimes run my original server, but sometimes it will try to connect to the newer server. When it does this it shows up as an unclaimed device.

For now, I restart my computer until it connects to my older server. This works, but is sometimes time consuming. Is there a way to remove my newer server permanantly?

Another way of putting this is can I delete an unclaimed server so it no longer is visible on my network?

Server Version#:1.22.2.4282
Player Version#:

It is impossible to run 2 different instances of Plex server on the same Windows machine.

I assume you created the second Plex server instance on a different Windows user account.
So log into this user account and remove the autostart of Plex server.
Then log out of this account (do NOT switch directly to a different user). And back in to your regular user account.

Then reboot Windows.
