Two Plex Pass IDs, One Plex Server configuration

Please note this is not a 2 server, one ID question, this is the opposite. I got into this situation a while ago when I removed my second Plex server.
I have 2 Plex Pass ids, and 1 free Plex id. I can sign in to Plex (via app.plex.tv) with either Plex Pass id. When I sign in with one Plex Pass Id, I see a different set of users than when I sign in with the other Plex Pass id. Each Plex Pass appears to see the same (one and only ) Plex server BUT appears to maintain a different set of authorized users. Is this expected behaviour?

Are you referring to “Managed Users”? Managed Users are sub-accounts tied to the account itself, and only exist when logged in as that specific account.

Alternatively, the second Plex Pass account might be part of a different “Plex Home”, which could show all the users associated with that other home.

No, I am not referring to Managed Users. I have Managed Users in addition to the 3 Plex ids I listed.
So are you suggesting that a single PMS server can have more than one Plex Home?

A Plex server can be owned by just one account. Libraries can only be shared by the server owner.

Do you have one or multiple servers?

Apparently, at one time both Plex Pass IDs owned a server and shared libraries. If you’ve only one server, then the information for one of the Plex Pass IDs is for a server that no longer exists. If you’ve multiple servers, then they may be owned by different accounts and share libraries with different people.

Using each Plex account:

Go to SettingsServer_Name → General. It will display Server claimed by e-mail address.

Only the owner of the server can see that information. Also, if the server is offline it will not be possible to reach the server settings.

Next, check Authorized Devices for the list of servers claimed by each Plex account. Delete any entries for servers that no longer exist. Do not delete your current server. Doing so will unclaim it and remove it from your account.

Thanks for the guidance. I think I just figured out what is going on.

I was confused because both Plex Pass Ids could see the PMS libraries (e.g. TV Shows) when signed in. It turns out that one of the Plex Pass Ids (call it A) owns the server , and only that id shows the server in the list of Authorized Devices.
What I did at some point (don’t remember why) was have the owning id (A) grant library access to the other Plex Pass Id (call it B) (which no longer owns a server). It doesn’t show up in the Plex Home display but it does show up in the Manage Library Access display.
So I just had the owning id (A) remove the library access from the other Plex Pass Id (B), and now the other id (B, the one which does not own a server), now just looks like an ordinary id with no libraries (just the standard Plex offerings).

Additional clarification, my issue of seeing two different sets of users when signed in with the two different Plex Pass ids has now gone away. The non-owning Plex Pass id (B) only shows itself if you Switch User. So my guess is that removing the library access to the server from id B cleaned up the original issue of different users.
