I’m not sure what’s happening as I’ve just recently started having this issue
I have two roku 4k tvs (TCL and hisense brands) and in certain files (in this case 4k movies with only one audio track like DTS HD ma-5.1) it will try to transcode but fail and then when forcing direct play it says it can’t find audio so if I play it anyway its high quality with no soind at all
The tvs both use built in speaker so no surround sound or sound bar here
I would prefer to be able to transcode and use a compatible audio track but it’s like no matter what I do I have this issue on certain files
