Two separate plex servers

Hello - Is there a way to have a plex server and not have to log in? Meaning never log in and have it stand alone without logging in.

I have two separate locations and two servers but on the new one wants to log in all of the time and it always displays the other setup. Why do you have to log in!?

No. A server that is never logged in to a user account will never be able to download necessary codecs.
