Hi, I’m sharing my plex server with my brother and his friend. They can’t use the watch together feature to watch shared content from my server. My brother can only add me and his friend can also only add me. I can add either or both. How can my brother and his friend watch together without my involvement?
IIRC they need to be „friends“ in Plex to be able to start a watch together session on their own.

How do they become friends in Plex?
Same as they did with you… one sends an invite, the other one accepts.
e.g. by clicking Add Friend in the Friends section of their profile (https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/friends) and entering the to-be friend’s username or e-mail address.
