friend signed up to plex i got there email, i used it to invite them to watch together, the accepted it, and i added them to watch something, added the libraries, on my side it shows the movie is ready, says they are invited. but when they open the invite on there plex app, the get “user has no access, ask admin” what im i doing wrong here???

yes the library is shared, they tried on both android phone and fire tv got same errors.

That was poorly worded. Let me rephrase…
Watch Together has prerequisites:
- The user must be a friend with you in Plex.
- If viewing content on your server, the relevant library must be shared with the user.
In addition, if viewing content on your server and the user is remote, remote access must be enabled and working.
As a test, see if the user can watch the desired movie/show/etc by themselves, without using the Watch Together feature.
That capability must be working before using Watch Together.
As mentioned in the Watch Together documentation, make sure you both have the latest version of the Plex client apps installed on the relevant devices.
Also try restarting the Plex app (or rebooting the phone/Fire Stick/etc).
They are a remote user, correct?
For Watch Together to work, remote access must be enabled and working.
Even if not remote, sharing must be working correctly.

i did restart the app, even reinstalled it, i restARTed my plex media server.
we both have the latest version.
