As per title, my son and his girlfriend both have accounts that are sharing my server but they can’t find a way to use the watch together feature while he is away from home.
The only way we can seem to do it is for me to start the session and invite both of them and then leave.

What Plex client and version are they using?
Pretty sure they’re both using the latest Fire Stick versions but I’ll double check.
