Plex Certificate "404" -- Unable to obtain Certificate from cloud

ALL: This thread is to focus all Plex.tv "Unable to obtain certificate from cloud . Error code 404. Please state the name of the server when you post. The distinctive signature is the “404” “CERT” error seen in the server log files immediately after restarting it. There are a few other situations where the certificate is also at fault. If in doubt.
