In fact, almost 2/3 of the log file is the top block unavailable errors. I do not know where to start here. When this happens, I log into my server and run this:
sudo systemctl stop plexmediaserver.service
Which takes ~5 minutes, and never shuts down cleanly. I often have to manually delete the PID file, and reboot the server. After the reboot everything loads fine and the plex server is back in action.
