That’s the file which was downloaded and we’d like to take a look at.
I had a look and on FreeNAS it looks like the path is different. The only place I could find something like the path above was at nas:/mnt/pool/jails/plex/usr/local/plexdata-plexpass/Plex Media Server/Media/localhost/1/. Sadly there is no 2c9cb4f5f9c77c9eb49d9baae7f54c9115661d8.bundle in there
Could it be possible that these files “expired” somehow ?
I don’t have much time today but I’ll have a deeper look tomorrow. Sorry
Same error here with latest Plex Pass version. Log files say that the .srt cannot be found, shortly after it says “temp-0.srt: Invalid data found when processing input” and errors. When I deactivate the subtitles on Plex webplayer it works. This should be an easy fix (eg. don’t process anything if there is no .srt)?
This isn’t the same issue. (This thread is also 3 years old and somehow reopened when we changed providers… Sorry)
Make sure the Local Media Assets agent is enabled.
Scan files,
Refresh metadata
Play the file again for 30 seconds ( PMS will have complained at this point)
Stop PMS
Wait 30 seconds

Please create a fresh thread “Unable to play SRT subtitles” if rescanning doesn’t correct the problem.
(I have seen your issue before… We can correct it in a fresh thread).
