Pretty sure this is just a UI bug. Basically, I live halfway between Baltimore and Washington - and can pick up both markets - so I do. I get all the football for free. Kinda nice.
So, I have two FOXs and two CBS etc…
When the same game is airing at the same time in both markets, the UI shows that it is recording on both channels. It is not. Plex is doing the right thing and only recording one of the markets - but the UI is baroken.
This is a problem because there’s no visual indicator for me to pick the actively recorded one. I have to guess - and often guess wrong.
Anyways, screenshots below show two games being recorded.
Issue exists on plex web and iOS.
I believe it also happens on Roku.
