At least once a week I have to delete my tuner and reinstall and download the guide again. All HD channels show as Unknown Airing. This sometimes sorts it but not always, sometimes it needs doing a few times.
I see other posts dating back to 2021 for a similar issue with the UK guide, asking when its going to be fixed but still an issue.
I have reached out to Plex and received a reply to say they don’t deal with support by email and ask in the forums. As I am paying for a plex pass I expect better.
