I am trying to set up live TV and DVR on my Plex media player in the UK. I am using Silicondust HDHomeRun CONNECT DUO. I only get to the postcode bit and can’t get any further. I have put the first part of my postcode in Capitals but the continue button is still greyed out. I have tried several different postcodes in the UK and none will let me continue. My postcode is TW19. Any ideas? Thanks
I tried to setup DVR on one of my Test servers using your postcode TW19. I am able to get the continue button and get to the next screen to match guide channels to the HDHR device channels. I’m in the US so had to select the United Kingdom on the first screen to get to the postcode entry screen.
What browser are you using? Did you select United Kingdom? Mine defaults to United States so had to select the correct country.

Hi. I have tried with Chrome, safari and Edge on both MacBook & PC and all of them stop when I get to the postcode field and won’t allow me to continue. Thanks
Can you attach screenshots of each step you are completing in setting up the DVR?

How are you accessing Plex in the browser? Are you using https://app.plex.tv or the local http://127.0.0.1:32400? Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate this using either app.plex.tv or the local address. Also what server version are you currently running? You can find this in Settings/General.
http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html and using server Version 4.47.3
Have you tried using app.plex.tv? The local web app version always lags behind the one at app.plex.tv. Also the 4.47.3 is not actually the Plex Media Server version number. From the settings scroll down until you see the server name, under that will be a status section then a settings under which you will see General, Remote Access, Agents, etc. Under the General area you will find the Plex Media Server version. Will look something like below.

I have no other ideas. Just tried it on one of my other servers and still get the Continue button to activate and can click it to move forward in the DVR setup using your postal code. Only other thoughts would are do you have any browser extensions that could be interfering? Anti-Virus causing issues? I am unable to replicate this scenario.
I am on a different computer this evening while trying to replicate the issue. I also just pulled out my 2011 MacBook Pro and am able to get the continue button to enable using Safari.
