Un-matching Mismatched Items - Album Art - Must this be done on an item by item basis?

Possible fix - ensure under Settings > Scheduled Tasks > UNCHECK “Refresh local metadata every three days” and “Refresh library metadata periodically”. So far, my forced unchecked items with custom artwork have been retained following library scan. The other settings are: Scanner - Plex Music; Agent Plex Music; Prefer local metadata checked; Album Art “Local Files Only”. For Agents, “Local Media Assets” is top item for all categories.
